We use a volunteer staff “fit for duty” statement (learned this the hard way!) to ensure folks know we’re at high altitude, you’ll be walking over some pretty gnarly terrain, and you’ll need to manage your own (in our case diabetes) health pretty independently.
I think Linda Erceg taught us some years back about also having a “camper fitness” description for your camper families (can perform ADLs with or without assist, walking a minimum distance or with assist, ability to be outdoors etc).
Does this ring a bell and checking to see if anyone has language like that?
    Thanks,
    Vicki

Actually, having tuned into recent MESH training, it’s really all there! Problem solved!
