Great question and you are having some of the same considerations that many camps are having. Amanda is correct, if they have had COVID within the last 90 days, consider having them get an antibody test to see if they have immunity. They may or may not due to the time frame, but it is helpful to know if they do.
Don’t test individuals within that 90 day window, rather consider having documentation of their positive COVID test or a physician note that the individual was positive (and the date of their positivity).
